2024 ANNUAL STORAGE FEES

The Annual Storage Fee Plan is based on the number of signs you wish to provide us.

$60 per sign cost with a 3 sign minimum storage

There is a maximum number of 25 signs allowed into storage.

2024 DAILY SIGN PLACEMENTS

A maximum of 6 signs can be placed per order/listing (New Open House sign bylaw, 10/31/2019.) A "7th" sign "might" be allowed if it is on private property (i.e. over the For Sale Sign)

** MINIMUM SIGN ORDER IS 3 SIGNS **

1 day placements = $14 per sign + HST

2 day placements = $20 per sign + HST (both days' info on the signs)

3 day placements = $27 per sign + HST (all 3 days' info on the signs)

2024 PREMIUM FEES

(A) A Minimum Sign Placement Credit of $200+HST will be invoiced initially and applied to 2024 orders until the credit is used up.

(B) Open Houses (Sign placement costs are in addition).

Holidays $150+HST Premium Service Fee (P.S.F.)
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs Evenings Open Houses $30+HST P.S.F.
Friday Open Houses (ending before 2pm) $50+HST P.S.F.
Friday Open Houses (ending after 2pm) $125+HST P.S.F.
Red Districts (W01, W02, W03, W04, E04, E06) $35/day+HST
OH BOY errands $25+HST

$75 LATE FEE DEFINITION

Any order that is submitted up to 2 1/2 hours past the order deadline will be subjected to the $75 Late Fee charge.

$150 EMERGENCY FEE DEFINITION
Any order that is submitted AFTER 3 hours past the order deadline will be subjected to the $150 Emergency Fee charge.

CANCELLING OF OPEN HOUSE FEES

Agents Open Houses

No Charge if cancelled PRIOR to 3PM the day BEFORE.
$25+HST if cancelled AFTER 3pm the day before.

Weekend Open Houses

No charge if cancelled PRIOR to 2pm FRIDAY afternoon.
$25+HST if cancelled AFTER 2pm FRIDAY afternoon.
1 day placement rate will be invoiced if cancelled after Midnight Friday.

Weekday Evening Open Houses

Up until noon the day of = $25+HST
After 12 noon the day of the 1 day fee per sign (no premium fee added) will be charged.

Any order that is submitted up to 2 1/2 hours past the order deadline will be subjected to the $75 Late Fee charge.
