Our terms are "UPON RECEIPT" for all our invoices, as the reality is that 'credit' is given each month for all orders placed. So, we offer 1 to 2 weeks of "credit" before we invoice our clients. In return, when we send our invoices out twice each month, we expect that payment is made A.S.A.P. (up to 3 days from the invoice date).

OPEN HOUSE ORDER DEADLINE DATES

Any orders placed after the deadlines will be subject to either a

$75 ***LATE FEE (up to 2 hours after the deadline time)

or a $150 ***EMERGENCY FEE (***if we can accommodate the request)

Weekend Open Houses ---- 10AM Friday.

Weekday EVENING open houses - 12 Noon the day PRIOR.

AOH's - a minimum of 24 hours notice.

$15 per sign/day

E01, E02, E03, C01, C02, C03, C04, C08, C09, C10, C11, C12, C13

Red Districts are subject to a PREMIUM SERVICE FEE

W01, W02, W03, W04, E04, & E06 - $35 / day Premium District Surcharge (P.D.S.)
will be added to the regular total cost of each different open house address.
