W01, W02, W03, W04, E04, & E06 -- $35 / day Premium District Surcharge (P.D.S.)
will be added to the regular total cost of each different open house address.

OPEN HOUSE ORDER DEADLINE DATES
Any orders placed after the applicable deadline will be subject to either a
$75 LATE FEE or a $150 EMERGENCY FEE

Weekend Open Houses: FRIDAY @ 10am

Weekday EVENING Open Houses: 12 NOON the day PRIOR.

Agent's Open House: 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
